At 3D Scan Bat, we specialise in 3D surveys of existing buildings, laser scanning and the production of 2D architectural plans and BIM models for building professionals.
We work on a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to more complex complexes, with the aim of providing reliable, usable data for the renovation, conversion and management of existing buildings.
Our work is based on a combination of fieldwork (3D scanning) and technical data processing (plans and modelling), requiring rigour, an understanding of the building and an eye for detail.
As part of our expansion, particularly in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we're constantly on the lookout for talented individuals who want to develop and get involved in an innovative, fast-growing company active in the fields of laser scanning, BIM and building digitisation.
We are recruiting BIM modellers (Archicad or Revit) and regional managers who want to invest in developing our presence in German-speaking Switzerland.
3D building survey technician / CAD-CAM (M/F) 70% to 100% - Berne Region / German-speaking Switzerland
As part of the expansion of our activities in the canton of Berne and German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a technician specialising in surveying existing buildings to strengthen our team.
3D Scan Bat specialises in 3D laser scanning of buildings, the production of 2D architectural plans and the creation of BIM models for architects, property managers, public authorities and technical offices.
The position is mainly focused on the field, organisation and regional development.
Your tasks
- 3D laser scanner surveys of existing buildings
- Interior, facade and roof scanning
- Organisation and planning of survey campaigns
- Coordination with customers and preparation of interventions
- Participation in the monitoring and development of activities in German-speaking Switzerland
- To be the point of contact for German-speaking customers
- Answering customers' technical questions and helping them to understand our services
- Liaise between customers, technical teams and management
- Participation in the continuous improvement of working methods
- Direct collaboration with the CEO in regional development

Your profile
- Training or experience in the building industry
- Good technical understanding of buildings and how to read plans
- Good command of CAD software
- Knowledge of Revit or Archicad: a real asset
- Experience in surveying or interest in 3D technologies: a plus
- Swiss German mother tongue essential
- Good understanding of French
- Autonomous, organised and reliable
- Customer contact skills
- Class B driving licence essential
This position is not necessarily for an architect. Above all, we're looking for someone with a construction background, a sound technical mindset and the ability to manage projects on site and represent the company to customers in German-speaking Switzerland.
The position may also be suitable for a junior with strong potential and a genuine desire to develop in a fast-changing technical environment.
A period of training and integration is planned at our skills centre in Nyon. The person hired will then work in permanent contact with the management team, who will provide guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks and in the development of regional activities.

REVIT BIM MODELER (M/F) - 80% to 100% - Teleworking possible
As part of the development of our «major projects» team, we are looking for a BIM Revit modeller to strengthen our production centre on 3D survey and modelling projects for existing buildings.
Our projects mainly involve large, complex buildings, ranging from 10,000 m² to over 50,000 m².
The position can be carried out at 100% on a teleworking basis, with highly collaborative working via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The modeller works in constant liaison with the project manager and other members of the BIM team.
We're not looking for an external subcontractor, but someone who is fully integrated into our team and our way of working.
Your tasks
- BIM modelling in Revit using laser scanner point clouds
- Creation and updating of 3D models
- Production and extraction of 2D plans (DWG / PDF)
- Collaborative working on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Daily coordination with the project manager
- Participation in the continuous improvement of BIM production methods
Profile required
- Good command of Revit
- Strong interest in BIM and major collaborative projects

The position is mainly focused on project preparation, quality control and BIM production support.
Your tasks
- Preparation of point clouds and their templates for modelling teams
- Organising and structuring Archicad work files
- Quality control of plans and models before customer delivery
- Checking the graphic and technical consistency of deliverables
- Participation in the continuous improvement of production methods
- Carrying out small modelling projects to support the «major projects» team»
- Collaboration with 3D survey and BIM modelling teams
