About 3D Scan Bat: building scanning team in Switzerland

Founded in 2019, 3D Scan Bat is the operating brand of 3D Swiss View Sàrl, which specialises in the 3D laser surveying of buildings scanner and associated services.

Based in Martigny and Nyon, and active in both French- and German-speaking Switzerland, 3D Scan Bat is the identity dedicated to our technical services. It is aimed primarily at architects, planners and property managers looking for reliable data for their projects.

We support our customers in the capture and accurate modelling of existing buildings. Thanks to our expertise in the field and the use of high-performance tools, we produce digital representations - point clouds, plans and BIM models - that can be used directly in the design, planning and management processes.

Antoine Estrugo

Antoine Estrugo

Founder of 3D Scan Bat - Customer service - FR

After a career in crafts, joinery, technical drawing and business management, Antoine founded 3D Scan Bat in 2019 and found in 3D surveying a challenge commensurate with his curiosity and taste for innovation. Convinced that the construction sector is undergoing a genuine digital revolution, he is developing an approach based on industrialisation, automation and standardisation of production processes. His professional activities leave him little time for anything else, but he organises his life with passion. His motto: «If you don't do what you love, love what you do».

Isabelle Tissières

Isabelle Tissières

Co-Founder of 3D Scan Bat - Administration - FR

After several years working for construction companies as a multi-tasking executive secretary, she naturally followed Antoine in the development of 3D Scan Bat and its activities related to digital surveys and representations. Between administrative management and day-to-day organisation, she provides a structure that is essential to the smooth running of the company. A friend of the Angels and a laughter yoga instructor, she also spreads a positive and caring energy within the team.

Igor joined the 3D Scan Bat team at the beginning of 2024 and is actively involved in the company's development. A tireless scanner, he travels the roads of Switzerland looking for buildings to survey, always with the same energy and enthusiasm. Between 3D surveys, on-site interventions and the organisation of scanning campaigns, he plays an essential role in the smooth running of projects and the company's presence in the field.

Sacha Lyet

Revit Technical and Quality Manager - FR

Sacha joined the team at the beginning of 2026 and immediately found her place within the company. It was during a trip to Central America that she discovered her true calling in technical drawing and BIM modelling. Rigorous, fast and always efficient, she quickly established herself as a pillar in the production, organisation and control of BIM models. Between technical checks, managing deliverables and monitoring quality standards, nothing seems to escape her. Her motto could be: «No sooner said than done».

A graduate of the Lisbon School of Architecture with a Master's degree in Architecture, Jacinto comes from a true line of Portuguese architects. A globetrotter at heart, he divides his time between Portugal, Italy and Switzerland. Within the team, he is often regarded as the scientist on duty, capable of simplifying complex processes as well as making simple ones more complex. Passionate about BIM methods, programming, templates and workflow optimisation, he brings an analytical and methodical approach to even the most technical projects. His nickname in the team: «El Professor».

Philippe Stern

Philippe Stern

Archicad Quality and Modelling Manager - Consultant - FR

Philippe set up his drawing office in 1992, in the days of the drawing board, before gradually switching to AutoCAD and then Archicad in 2009. After numerous projects, surveys, building permits and working drawings, he joined the 3D Scan Bat team in 2021 and has since specialised in digitising buildings using point clouds. But Philippe is also an outstanding musician, who spent a long time going to dances in his region until late in life, with the same passion and energy that he now puts into his technical projects.

Philippe Lievens

Philippe Lievens

Laser scanning technician | On-site 3D survey - FR - EN - NL

Philippe Lievens, aka «Phil», has spent his entire career in the world of Eurovision, where he made the satellite connections for some of our favourite programmes. After retiring from this technically demanding field, he joined the world of 3D scanning with enthusiasm and curiosity. He's always keen to discover new buildings to scan, as long as they're close to a good restaurant. Combining technology, fieldwork and good humour, Phil brings a wealth of experience, dynamism and a positive outlook to the team.

The Third Man

The Third Man

The Shadow’s Supporters

Behind every 3D survey, every BIM model and every project delivery, there are also those who work more discreetly, but whose presence is essential to the smooth running of the company. Yan for the accounts, Futurformatic for IT support and troubleshooting, Marion and Eloyse for the health of the website and SEO/SEA optimisation, as well as Léonie - or her successor from the École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Géomètres et Topographes du Mans - for her fresh look at our methods and tools. Not forgetting all the other partners, trainees, freelancers and occasional contributors who, each in their own way, help 3D Scan Bat move forward on a daily basis.
